Eurofaktor prepares for stock deals with financial investors

The shareholders of the Myslowice-based factoring company Eurofaktor have entered negotiations with financial investors interested in the acquisition of a 20-per cent stake in the company.

According to Eurofaktor board president Bogdan Fiszer, several retirement and investment funds have come forward, but reaching an agreement will take some time.

Fiszer says Eurofaktor would like to find a stable, medium-term investor willing to pay at least ZL18 for each of the 960,900 F-series equities (currently owned by Bonum, Stabilo Group and ZM Polmetal).

Among these, 400,000 have been subjected to a lockup, meaning that for 12 months they can only be sold to a financial institution. Eurofaktor's shares are currently priced at ZL16.5 on the WSE.

Fiszer says Eurofaktor will also be looking for an investor from the same sector that would help the company speed up its development.
