EUROFACTOR, the Reading-based business finance experts, have announced their most recent high profile deal by helping to fund the management buy-out (MBO) of the business solutions telecommunications division (now known as Intelicoms) of Sony United Kingdom Limited. This marks the latest in a series of deals by EUROFACTOR in the telecoms sector and is a clear indication of the depth of knowledge and understanding the EUROFACTOR team has of this fast growing specialist market.
Intelicoms has been bought by Chris Russell and his management team in a deal that will allow the new company to continue to use the infrastructure of Sony in the UK.
This continued involvement of the vendor after the sale is relatively unusual and can be attributed to Sony's confidence in Russell being able to run the operation successfully after the acquisition, which means that they also support EUROFACTOR's role as funding partners for the business.
