Euro Sales Finance (Euro Sales), a specialist provider of invoice discounting and factoring services, has gained membership of the Factors and Discounters Association (FDA) for its business in the UK, as a result of its purchase by The Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services.
Euro Sales was formed in March 1995 and has grown quickly, now operating from 15 offices, of which four are in the UK, six in France, four in Germany and one in the Netherlands. The company complements The Royal Bank of Scotland’s existing successful invoice finance business, The Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services (RBS Commercial Services), and provides it with an additional business stream both in the UK and Europe.
