Equifin have received the return of the stock of Equinox Factors, Inc from Coast Capital Partners as provided under the agreement of sale and purchase and negating the contingent sale on March 9 2005. Coast Capital Partners have transferred the stock and portfolio back to Equifin without any charge or losses incurred for the period it had control of Equinox Factors stock. Source: Hoovers
