Hull-based recruitment firm, The PSR Group, has undergone a management buy-out (MBO), led by Aisling Murray and Jayne Beardshaw with assistance from Leeds-based Cattles Invoice Finance. The new company will be known as Beardshaw Murray Limited.
Director Aisling Murray comments: "The funding we received from Cattles has drastically improved our cash flow, which had proved a barrier to growth in the past as many of our clients pay us on a monthly basis and we pay our executive placements weekly. This had put us in danger of overtrading, but the funding deal we have in place with Cattles means we can get cash into the business as soon as we raise an invoice."
