Egypt runs trial e-invoice system


Egyptian Finance Minister Mohamed Maait announced that on April 15, a trial run of the "e-invoice" system would be introduced to B2C (businesses that sell goods and provide services to citizens).

The system will be mandatory as of July 1st, according to the ministry.
