ECGC in corporate agency pact for export credit insurance products

The Export Credit Guarantee Corporation of India Ltd (ECGC) has arrived at a corporate agency agreement for the marketing of ECGC's export credit insurance products with Andhra Bank.

Andhra Bank will sell these products through its network of branches.

The arrangement will give access to exporters in remote locations both for providing export credit facilities and securing them against non-receipt of valuable foreign exchange.

ECGC has launched several new products recently for exporters, including a consignment exports (stock holding agent) policy, a global entity policy, a buyer exposure policy, a multiple buyer exposure policy, a software projects policy and an IT-enabled service policy.
