Dynamic Commercial Finance announces resignation of finance director


The Board of Dynamic Commercial Finance PLC (DCF), one of the UK’s leading debt factoring businesses, has announced the resignation of Nigel Miller as finance director.

Nigel has been finance director of DCF since December 2000 and is leaving at the beginning of 2004 to join an MBO team within the financial services industry.

Paul Billett has been named as Nigel’s successor and will be joining the Board of DCF from 1 December 2003 from PricewaterhouseCoopers (PwC).

During his time with PwC Paul was the lead senior manager of the audit group for Reuters Group PLC, EMAP plc and subsidiaries of ICL and AT & T. He has also been involved in various Stock Exchange related transactions for a number of major UK PLCs.
