Correction: Spanish savings bank starts factoring

Correction: On the 11 November we published a news item about Kutxa Savings Bank starting factoring. The item states that 'According to Spanish regulations, the minimum invoice sum to be factored must be not less them 1200 EUR and the maximum assignment period not to exceed 120 days, factoring operations must be disclosed, with debtors being notified though an attorney or bureaufax'. We have been advised by the factorscan Editorial Board that this statement is not correct. It has now been removed from the news item.  Corrected wording has been added stating that the parameters mentioned are imposed by Kutxa themselves (not by any Spanish regulations).  Please accept our apologies for any inconvenience this misinformation may have caused.
