China EXIM Bank Dalian to provide loan to Liaoning businesses


The Dalian Branch of the Export-Import Bank of China (China EXIM Bank), the only export-orientated policy bank in China, will provide a loan of CNY5m (US$600,000) for Liaoning's export-orientated companies this year, so as to promote the companies in Northeast China to move towards the international market.

China EXIM Bank Dalian Branch had already approved a loan of over CNY10bn (US$1bn) for the export-orientated companies in the three northeast provinces since its establishment in November 2003 to the end of 2004, including CNY6.6bn for (US$720m)Liaoning Province, according to Liaoning government.

It had also issued a loan of CNY1.16bn (US$120m) to the three northeast provinces from the beginning of this year to the middle of March, including CNY770m (US$93m) for Liaoning Province.
