Hull entrepreneur Garry Ireland has set up a specialist security services firm, Humber Security Services, with funding from Cattles Invoice Finance.
Ireland says: "I have been in the security services industry for over 10 years, and could see that a growing number of customers were dissatisfied because their security issues were not being answered by the solutions that companies were providing.
"The funding from Cattles Invoice Finance has enabled me to set up my business and helped me to grow at a much faster pace."
Garry has been able to take on large contracts because invoice finance means that he can put cash in the business to enable him to pay staff needed for big contracts.
Calvin Dexter, who led the deal on behalf of Cattles Invoice Finance comments: "The future for Garry’s business is very promising and he is creating a number of jobs in the area as he takes on more and more large contracts.
