Cattles heads north into Scotland

Cattles Invoice Finance has expanded its operations with the opening of an office in Glasgow to offer a range of funding solutions to the small- and medium-sized business sector in Scotland, creating up to ten jobs in the area.

Doug Crawford, group managing director of Cattles Invoice Finance, explains: "We have a strategic expansion plan to gain coverage of the UK. However, we are determined to have fully-functioning offices headed by decision makers rather than satellite offices manned by sales people. This means that funding decisions can be made quickly at a local level rather than having to wait for confirmation from head office, which can lead to critical delays."

Cattles Invoice Finance has appointed Scotsman Richard Waldman as regional managing director of the Scottish operation. Waldman has spent the past ten years working for the Royal Bank of Scotland Commercial Services in a variety of senior client-facing roles in Manchester.
