Elite Security in Hunslet, Leeds, has acquired London-based Mison Security with funding provided by Cattles Invoice Finance. Elite Security was established twelve years ago by current managing director, Darren Stevenson, from his kitchen table. The company now provides specialist security staff for a growing number of clients throughout the UK.
Mark Brown, regional manager at Cattles Invoice Finance, commented: "This was a great deal to structure as it will massively benefit both companies going forward. Darren is an ambitious businessman who knows his marketplace and I am sure he will be looking at other targets in the near future."
The acquisition will take the turnover of Elite Security to in excess of Ј11million and employee numbers close to 750, as well as giving Elite Security access to Mison’s blue chip client base in the south.
