Bank of America Business Capital announced that Carmen Bernardis has been named managing director of Bank of America Business Capital Europe.
Bank of America Business Capital is one of the world’s largest asset-based lenders. Located in the lender’s London office, Bernardis will be responsible for leading a team of professionals experienced in arranging asset-based lending facilities of Ј10 million and up for buyouts, acquisitions, turnarounds and recapitalisations. She will report to Sam Philbrick, division president, Bank of America Business Capital Northeast and Europe.
“Carmen will play a central role in the development of our international business,” according to Bank of America Business Capital president Joyce White. “She brings strong client relationships and experience in new business development and underwriting to her position.”
