Foreign direct investments in Bulgaria for the first seven months soared to Ђ1.34bn, up from Ђ795.6m year-on-year, the Bulgarian National Bank said.
Direct investments was 185.4 per cent of Bulgaria's current account deficit for the period January-July, while it accounted for no more than 89.6 per cent in the same period a year ago.
