Brokers key source of loans


Australian banking firm ANZ has revealed that the company is sourcing through brokers as much as 30% of its new loans to small- and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs).

ANZ corporate and SME banking business managing director Graham Hodges claims that brokers are a source of additional growth. This comes despite earlier concerns that using brokers to source small business loans was complicated and risky.
