Some Ugandans view Barclays Bank as one of those banks that predominantly serve elite customers. However, its chief executive officer, Frank Griffiths, says he is now set to attract small businesses. Mr Griffiths, who is currently president of the Uganda Institute of Bankers, plans to expand the bank's market.
