Banks Association to hold seminar for SMEs

The Brunei Association of Banks will organise a one-day seminar on banking products and services for Small- and Medium-Sized Entrepreneurs (SMEs), which is to be held at The Orchid Garden Hotel, Berakas on 11 September.

According to Minorhadi bin Hj Mirhassan, manager Corporate and Institutional Banking at HSBC in his capacity as the chairman of the working committee, the seminar is organised to support the government's initiatives to diversify the economy through the development of Brunei's SMEs. The seminar will also be used as a platform to continue building "smart partnerships" between the banking and business community in supporting each other towards future co-operation.
