The management board of Warsaw-based Forin Sp. z o.o. has announced that following the signing of an agreement on 6 February 2004, Warsaw –based Bank Millennium S.A. has purchased from Forin Sp. z o.o. the enterprise of the company, as understood under Article 55 (1) of the Civil Law Code.
Following this agreement, the Bank has acquired all receivables resulting from agreements entered by Forin and has taken over all Forin’s debts resulting from receivables under agreements between Forin and third parties (Article 519 (2–ii) of the Civil Law Code).
The board stressed that provisions of agreements between Forin Sp. z o.o. and its clients and business partners will not be changed as a result of the purchase of the Forin Company's enterprise by the Bank. The Bank has taken on Forin’s employees whose contact details remain unchanged.
