Banca Popolare di Sondrio reaches 100% of Factorit after purchasing the remaining share from Banco BPM


Banca Popolare di Sondrio signed a binding agreement with Banco BPM to acquire 39.5% of the capital of Factorit SpA.  Banca Popolare di Sondrio already held 60.5% of Factorit which means that after this new agreement, the bank will own 100% of the factoring company. The value of the transaction is equal to EUR 75m and is not subject to any subsequent adjustment.
