Banca Ifis, a factoring company listed on the Milan stock market, reported net profits of Ђ1,065,000 and a turnover of Ђ187m in the third quarter of 2002.
In the first nine months of this year, the bank's net profits amounted to 2,986,000 euros (up26.2 per cent) and its turnover rose by 25 per cent to 552m euros.
Banca Ifis was established in 1983. The bank has offices in Italy and eastern Europe.
