Average interest rate of bank loans falls


The average interest rate of bank loans drawn down in June fell by 0.23 per centage points, compared to May, to 8.54 per cent. The average interest rate of drawn loans by the corporate sector fell by 0.30 percentage points to 8.21 per cent.

The short-term loans average interest rate also fell last month by 0.21 percentage points to 8.72 per cent; the mid-term loans rate increased by 0.01 percentage points to 8.18 per cent and the long-term loans average interest rate fell by 0.39 percentage points to 6.89 per cent.

The average interest rate from the total volume of loans moderately decreased to 7.18 per cent.

The average price of loans to the public corporate sector was 7.04 per cent, to the private corporate sector, 7.08 per cent and to individuals 7.88 per cent.

The average interest rate of the total deposits dropped in June by 0.11 percentage points to 2.49 per cent.
