Austria's Oberbank will be the first bank to enter the Czech market after the country joins the European Union. The bank, which specializes in small- and medium-sized entrepreneurs (SMEs) and high-income individuals, will focus on southern Bohemia, bank spokesman Ivan Veznik said.
