Australian fintech lender signs on Israeli Harel as new investor


Sydney-based fintech Lumi has secured AU $15 million in capital funding with Harel Insurance and Finance Group (Harel) signing on as the fintech’s newest investor.

Harel is Israel’s largest insurance group and listed on the Tel Aviv Stock Exchange and Limi has become its first Australian investment.

Existing Lumi backers, including the private investment arm of Perennial as well as Melbourne’s Josh Liberman Investment Group, Arbel, and Stellan Capital also participated in the capital rise.
