AU selects Unicredit Factoring for selling its receivables

The Acquirente Unico (AU) has selected Unicredit Factoring for a with-recourse assignment agreement of all or part of the current or future receivables deriving from the sale of electricity to the operators. The maximum amount of receivables that can be bought under this contract is €400m.

This is what can be learned from an article published in the Gazzetta Ufficiale, where it is stated that Unicredit beat the competition of two other operators, winning a €1.5m plus VAT contract.
