Ares Commercial Finance announced yesterday that it has provided a senior secured revolving line of credit to Oats Overnight, Inc.
The company, which is headquartered in Tempe, Arizona, provides a fast-growing, better-for-you high protein oatmeal. Through the Oats Overnight brand, the company manufactures and sells their products in a variety of flavors.
The proceeds of this transaction were used to refinance existing debt and for ongoing working capital support.
