Australian Security and Investment Commission (ASIC) announced the combined notice of administrator appointment and the first meeting of creditors for Apricity Finance Group Pty Ltd, who were placed into administration at the end of March this year. The named administrator is Darren John Vardy.
According to The Australian, the company was placed into administration days after managing director Linden Toll resigned.
The first meeting of the creditors will take place virtually on 17th April 2023.
