The world leader in credit insurance, Euler Hermes, is now the main shareholder of ACMAR, the leading credit insurance company in Morocco. The name of the company has been changed to Euler Hermes ACMAR.
Euler Hermes has participated in ACMAR’s capital since its creation ten years ago and the group has supported ACMAR in all its activities since then. The growing needs of Moroccan clients in an ever-growing market have led Euler Hermes and ACMAR to strengthen their relationship.
Euler Hermes has increased its participation to 55% of ACMAR’s capital. The other shareholders are mainly banks, in particular the BMCE bank with a 20% stake, the Groupe Banques Populaires and the Sociйtй Gйnйrale Marocaine de Banques.
Today, Euler Hermes ACMAR launches MULTIMARKETS, a credit insurance policy covering its clients both on a national and international level.
