Enrico Camerinelli
Senior Analyst, Aite Group

Enrico Camerinelli is a senior analyst at Aite Group specializing in wholesale banking, cash and trade finance, payments, and Enterprise Blockchains. Based in Milan, he brings a strong European focus to Aite Group’s Wholesale Banking practice. Enrico is also co-founder and former Board Member of the non-profit Supply Chain Finance Community.

Mr. Camerinelli has been widely quoted by publications ranging from American Banker to the Financial Times. He has contributed editorial content to publications such as Supply Chain Europe, and is the author of Measuring the Value of the Supply Chain, a book about linking financial performance to the supply chain. He has spoken at leading trade shows and conferences in Europe, including Sibos and EuroFinance.

Rob Barnes
CEO, Marco Polo Network

Rob is the co-founder and Chief Executive Officer at Marco Polo Network (formerly TradeIX). Rob’s trade finance experience and expertise started in the logistics and financial technology sectors. In 2002, he founded PrimeRevenue Inc. and was the CEO of one of the pioneers of supply chain finance (SCF) applications.

He developed the largest non-bank supply chain finance application with over $120B in annual processed volume through a combination of technology and services. In 2007, Rob founded the consulting company, Aradya, and advised banks and multi-national companies on supply chain and trade finance.

Marilyn Blattner-Hoyle
Head of Supply Chain and Trade Finance, AIG

Marilyn is head of supply chain and trade finance for AIG Europe and in that role also leads the global trade finance centre of excellence as well as the trade-related blockchain applications. Marilyn joined AIG in 2015 to focus on implementing AIG’s funded and unfunded supply chain finance product and to support AIG’s trade finance receivables and securitization transactions. Marilyn previously worked in the international banking and finance practice for global law firm Hogan Lovells in London and New York. Marilyn was also seconded in-house to Citibank’s trade transaction services EMEA team including commodity trade finance, supply chain finance and risk optimisation divisions. Marilyn specialises in trade and commodity finance law focussing on working capital solutions as well as general lending with a variety of security structures for a range of financial instructions, alternative financiers and obligors across numerous jurisdictions.

Amit Garg
Regional Head, Structured Trade Solutions, Transaction Banking - Europe, Standard Chartered

Amit Garg heads Structured Trade Finance Solutions for Standard Chartered Bank Europe. With over 19 years of international corporate banking experience across Asia and Europe, Amit has worked in a number of roles and functions including Client Coverage, Transaction Banking and Credit. Amit is a qualified Chartered Accountant and holds MBA degree from the London Business School.

David Henderson
CFO and co-founder, Sweetbridge

David is co-founder & CFO of Sweetbridge, a blockchain-based economic framework and alliance that transforms the supply chain and logistics collaboration through a fast, fair and flexible value exchange - unleashing working capital for the benefit of all participants. He is involved in both funding the Alliance and company growth as well as seeking supply chain finance solutions on intersection with the blockchain to create efficiency and liquidity for partners and members, from incumbent to start-up. David has spent the last 10 years in Finance, Audit and Accounting working as a qualified accountant. Prior to this he spent two decades at the intersection of Logistics, Control and Technology growing a cloud-based supply chain technology solutions company serving the World’s largest companies. David’s international career spans Europe, South America, Africa, USA. He has consulted for some of the world’s largest companies as well as for smaller SMEs in supply chain finance. Having worked in developed and emerging markets, his broad business experience and focus has always been on improving profitability and how supply chain financing can work for both the bottom line and the customer experience.

Christoph Ritzer
Partner, Norton Rose Fulbright LLP

Dr Christoph Ritzer is a partner and technology lawyer based in Frankfurt. He focuses on information technology, outsourcing and data protection law. In particular, he has extensive experience in advising clients on the new EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). In the field of information technology, Christoph advises clients on complex, including in relation to cooperation agreements, software licenses and distribution agreements. Christoph also regularly advises on recent technological developments, such as cloud computing, blockchain technology and other issues in the FinTec space. He also advises on e-commerce and IT issues in M&A transactions. Christoph studied law and business at the University of Bayreuth. He then worked as scientific assistant at the University of Wurzburg in EU law, where he also earned his doctorate in law. Prior to joining the firm, Christoph worked for several years in the Technology, Media and Telecommunications department of another leading international law firm in Frankfurt. Christoph is also an active member of the International Association of Privacy Professionals (IAPP). Christoph is fluent in German and English, and is a member of the German Association of Law and Informatics (DGRI).
