_{Hitesh Sachdev is a veteran banker with ICICI Group, with a highly rich and diverse 19 years of experience across innovation, FinTech, private equity, investment banking & asset financing. Hitesh presently heads the Start-up Engagement and Investments at ICICI Bank. He has played an instrumental role in setting up the Innovation team and executing cutting edge technology led projects for ICICI Bank in collaboration with FinTech start-ups. Hitesh also leads FinTech Investment Fund for investing into emerging FinTech start-ups. As part of his current profile Hitesh also plays a key role in “Blockchain Infrastructure Company” (BIC), India’s first blockchain based banking consortium. BIC was conceptualized by Hitesh in early 2018 and since then he has been the primary evangalist of the BIC consortium in India and overseas. He has played a key instrumental role in bringing together 11 private & PSU banks to participate in BIC as founding members as well as equity holders}
