Sophia Wikander

Head of Business Innovation, Nordea

Sophia has spent 20 years in leadership positions covering a variety of industries and business functions; including Banking, IT, Creative/Design, consulting firms and start-ups. Among her previous positions she has served as CEO, area/unit head and strategy consultant. Sophia has an international outlook with experience from working in the Nordics, Baltics, Australia and US with strong focus on transformational leadership and business development.

Sophia has since 2016 been working with innovation in Transaction Banking and has recently entered a new role as Head of Mobile Payments, E-Commerce and co-Innovation at Nordea Bank. She has responsibility for the end to end solution, sales and customer satisfaction for the mobile and e-commerce as well as leading innovation in Transaction Banking with focus on corporate co-innovation.
