Dan BurtonExecutive Director, Cynergy Business FinanceDan has 20 years of experience in the Asset Based Lending industry, initially within the independent market, before co-founding Cynergy Business Finance in 2021. This business has now reached £750m of live facilities. An ABL business since inception, CBF have since launched Block Discounting and Asset Finance as additional product lines. Dan has a wide range of responsibilities across CBF including sitting on the Executive Committee, but principally has focusses his time upon leading the new business team, with 2025 having been the best performance from the business to date, with £330m of new facilities provided. He has always taken pride in developing new talent in to the ABL market and leads the sales team by example.
