German trade finance fintech receives payment service license from BaFin


Hamburg-based fintech SME specialist in trade finance, Walbing, has obtained a payment service license from BaFin, the specialised financial authority in Germany.

This license is the second of its kind issued in 2023 by BaFin and enables Walbing to provide payment services in accordance with the German Payment Services Supervision Act (ZAG).
