Along a new promotion of "Cover your credit invoices first", Banreservas launches Government factoring ("Factoring Gubernamental Reservas"), an instrument to support state suppliers to get access to immediate finance and transfer the collection to the bank. Based on a contract, the debtor authorizes the transfer of the invoice to Banreservas, which collects it from the Dominican state, the beneficiary of the goods from the supplier.
