ROI Fund’s first investment - $1.53 million to factor and asset-based lender Morrison Financial Services


Return on Innovation (ROI) Advisors Ltd., portfolio manager for the ROI Fund, have announced its first investment; a $1.53 million investment in Morrison Financial Services Limited (Morrison Financial), one of the leading asset-based financing companies in Toronto. The structure of the investment is a five-year subordinated debenture with an interest obligation paid monthly to the ROI Fund.

Morrison Financial was founded in 1987 to provide asset-based financing to small- and medium-sized companies (SMEs), focusing on accounts receivable factoring and syndicated term loan management.

The ROI Fund seeks to invest in mature, stable businesses that generate positive cash flow.
