Alistair Baxter
Head of Receivables Finance, Taulia

Alistair is Taulia’s Head of Receivables Finance. In this role, he has established and grown a technology-centric family of receivables financing products to further serve their customers’ needs. Before joining Taulia, Alistair spent over ten years in corporate and investment banking at RBS, followed by a short stint at Greensill Capital. He worked in Corporate Advisory, Leveraged Finance, and served as Head of Supply Chain Finance before joining Greensill to bring scale to a structured receivables product line. Alistair is London-based and holds a BSc. (Hons) in Statistics from the University of St Andrews.

Bruno Botelho
VP of Business Development, LiqEase

Bruno started his international career in Cimpor, a publicly listed industrial group, where he held the positions of financial controller, finance director, and supply chain director. After seven years in the cement world, he decided to initiate his own entrepreneurial path by starting his own projects in Shanghai, China. In 2008, Mr. Botelho joined LiqEase, a platform that alongside its funding partners, has structured working capital solutions to companies trading in Asia and between Asia and Europe/USA. He holds a master’s degree in Business Administration and Management from NOVA Business School in Lisbon.

John Bugeja
Managing Director, Trade Advisory Network

John Bugeja is a highly experienced trade, supply chain and invoice finance specialist with more than 40 years’ experience in senior leadership roles with HSBC, NatWest, RBS, Barclays and Lloyds Banking Group. John is now Managing Director of Trade Advisory Network Limited, a trade, supply chain and invoice finance advisory network, delivering product development and innovation, operating model design and implementation, training and education and deal structuring and placement solutions to banks, alternative finance providers, fintechs, technology service providers and corporates. John is often called upon to act as expert witness when trade and supply chain finance related disputes go to tribunal or court. Key areas of expertise include origination, risk and governance, product management and development, business development, organisation design, change management, process facilitation, training and management development. John is passionate about promoting the development of supply chain finance in all its forms and was a member of the drafting group that wrote the ICC rules for Uniform Rules for Digital Trade Transactions (URDTT). John is also co-author of LIBF’s Certificate in Supply Chain Finance, FCI’s Supply Chain Finance online learning module and the  ICC Academy’s Advanced Supply Chain Finance online course, a core module of their CTCP programme.

Dr. Eugenio Cavenaghi
MD, Head of Working Capital Advisory and Structured Trade, Europe, Banco Santander

Eugenio is responsible at Santander for the advisory of corporate and investment banking clients in Europe on all topics around the optimisation of working capital. This encompasses the full set of receivables, payables, inventory and structured trade finance products. He was formerly Regional Product Head of Trade and Working Capital for Barclays in Europe. Prior to this, he has also worked as Global Head of Trade Product Development and Sales Facilitation at UniCredit and as Product Manager at Deutsche Bank. Before entering the field of banking, he gathered direct experience in the corporate world working for multinationals like Procter & Gamble and Chicco-Artsana Spa.

Ulf Cramer
Head of Trade Finance North Europe, AIG

Ulf Cramer is Head of Trade Finance North Europe and is based in Frankfurt. With more than 15 years of experience in the credit insurance and trade finance sector he joined the company in 2014 taking on the role managing the development and growth of Trade Finance business in the German speaking countries, Benelux and the Nordics. Cramer previously worked as a Senior Executive at COFACE. He started his carrier at Deutsche Bank prior to joining Swiss Bank Julius Baer. He holds a Master’s degree in Economics from the University of Bonn.

Parvaiz Dalal
Managing Director, Global Head Payables Finance, Treasury and Trade Solutions, Citi

Parvaiz Dalal Heads Global Payables Financing Vertical for Citi. Parvaiz’ role is to integrate various offerings into a holistic solution across payables vertical for clients on a global basis. Payables Finance comprises Supply Chain Financing (a flagship and market leader product offering), Dynamic Discounting, Deep-Tier and Second-Tier financing, Purchase Order Financing, Open Account Draft Discounting, and various related financing across the payables value chain of the Institutional and Commercial Client Group of Citi. Parvaiz leads the business end-to-end, including product management, on-boarding and sales capabilities, working in close partnership with sales, coverage and banking partners. Prior to his current role, Parvaiz was Head of Supply Chain Finance for Treasury and Trade Solutions EMEA. Parvaiz moved to London in February 2015, primarily to uplift SCF business to the next level by fully automating and digitising supplier onboarding, and automating the end-to-end flow, doubling SCF EMEA business. Prior to this move, Parvaiz worked for five years in Singapore as Trade Head, Asean, and at RBS, Asia, as Regional Trade Sales and Business Development Manager for Asia Pacific. He has over two decades of banking experience with Citi, ABN-RBS and Credit Lyonnais. Parvaiz’ wealth of experience has been mostly spent in transaction banking, but he has also managed corporate relationships.

Parvaiz holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce with specialisation in Advanced Accounting and Statistics, and has a post-graduate degree in Banking Law and Practice.

Bertrand de Comminges
Managing Director, Global Head Trade Finance Investments, Santander Alternative Investments, SGIIC, SAU

A renowned industry expert, Bertrand is currently the lead portfolio manager for the global Trade Finance strategy at Santander Alternatives Investments, SGIIC, SAU, Santander Holdings´ private investments arm. Previously, Bertrand worked for eight years at HSBC wherein his last role he was responsible for the European business development activities for Global Trade and Receivables Finance. Previously, he was HSBC’s Global Product Head of Structured Solutions and Global Head of Solutions Structuring, among other roles. Before HSBC, Bertrand worked at JP Morgan as EMEA Head Structured Trade Advisory and for RBS/ABN Amro, where in his last role he was EMEA Head of Trade. Bertrand is Co-Chair of the International Trade & Forfaiting Association´s ITFIE working group (Trade Finance Investment Ecosystem), whose efforts are targeted to make Trade Finance an investable asset class for institutional investors. Bertrand is also a Subject Matter expert in the ICC’s Global Supply Chain Finance initiative. Bertrand is a Chartered Actuary, has a full-time MBA from the London Business School, and an MSc degree in Economics and Business Sciences from UCM. On the private side, Bertrand is a trustee of educational charities and is a single father of five young children.

Eva Degenhart
Partner MH Corporate Finance GmbH

Eva is a senior Supply Chain Finance (SCF) specialist with over 20 years of banking experience in various management and expert positions at major Austrian financial institutions. As shareholding partner at MH Corporate Finance GmbH, she heads the SCF consulting services. Being among the first to develop and successfully introduce SCF products in an Austrian bank she led multiple rollouts of new SCF solutions in Austria and CEE, including multi-funder structures. In collaboration with IFC/WBG she currently advises commercial and development banks in MENA, West Africa, Europe and Asia, enabling SCF strategy building, business modelling, product program set-up and IT projects. Knowledge is an important ingredient for quality results, for both her clients and herself. She loves to innovate, continuously captures developments in the SCF community and likes to share and discuss the findings as author of publications around the subject matter, such as the Guidebook on Supply Chain Finance by Development Banks and Public Entities recently issued by IFC/WBG. Marc Delbaere
Global Head of Corporates & Supply Chain, Swift

Marc Delbaere is Global Head of Corporates and Trade at SWIFT, offering common banking solutions to over 2000 corporate groups worldwide as well as providing the industry foundation for interbank and corporate to bank communication in documentary trade. Previously, Marc was Head of MyStandards at SWIFT, a role in which he imagined, initiated, launched and grew MyStandards into the central financial services industry platform for standards management and customer onboarding. Marc joined SWIFT in 2008 as Head of Standards Strategy and Architecture from IBM where he worked for 13 years. While at IBM, he was in charge of the IBM Industry Models portfolio, an intellectual property offering at the crossroads of business and IT. Marc studied Business Engineering at Solvay Business School and received a post graduate degree in Actuarial Sciences – stochastic finance from the Université Libre de Bruxelles (ULB).

José Antonio Garrote Pazos
Business Manager, Alvantia

José Antonio Garrote is the Business Manager at Alvantia, and has more than 20 years of experience in developing banking projects for Spanish and international financial institutions. He is a computer engineer and led the development of Santander Bank's SCF product in the late ‘90s. Since that success, José has mainly focused his career on trade financing, and has also managed SCF projects in many different financial entities and banks such as Liberbank and Banesto, as well as Santander. José has been heavily involved in several landmark projects, including managing the deployment of Santander Bank’s Spanish SCF application in the UK and Mexico, as well as the development of the bank's SCF application for their international branches.

Johan Geeroms
Head of Risk Underwriting The Netherlands, Euler Hermes

Johan Geeroms acquired a Masters in Finance and Quantitative Economics at University Antwerp. He has International experience with a proven track record of leading multi-cultural teams, delivering resilient performance and conducting business development in the Financial Services Industry. He started as CFO at an international metals scrap trading company in Antwerp before taking up leadership roles at Euler Hermes as well in Europe as the Americas where he was in charge as Program Risk Director for the multinational segment of the market. At the moment he’s Head of Risk Underwriting The Netherlands. He has an extended operational knowledge in Underwriting Trade Credit Solutions as XoL, Transactional cover, non-can and Underwriting Financial Leasing, Supply Chain Finance/ Reverse Factoring.

Bob Gravestijn
Strategic Ideator and Business Booster, The Value Department

Bob Gravestijn is a digital business model enthusiast and specialises in business model innovation, ecosystems, partnerships and platforms. He is recognised for his expertise on supply chains, working capital, business sustainability management, and web3: the blockchain-based web including cryptocurrencies, NFTs, decentralised finance, and more. At present, Bob works both as a strategic ideator and business booster at The Value Department, and as a business developer for ABN AMRO Bank. In addition, he's a subject matter expert for the Global Supply Chain Finance Forum, has been featured in BCR's World Factoring Yearbook 2022 and has spoken at several events, including WTO's Global Trade and Blockchain Forum, and SCCMP EDGE conference. David Gustin
Chief Strategy Officer, The Interface Financial Group

David has joined IFG in 2018. For the last 22 years, David was the founder and President of Global Business Intelligence, a global research and advisory practice centred on providing insights to companies, vendors, and financial companies around global trade, financial supply chain and alternative business finance matters. He is also the co-founder of Trade Financing Matters, a site devoted to business credit and working capital issues. His formal education includes an Information Systems and Economics degree from Carnegie-Mellon University, an MBA from Purdue, and a Chartered Financial Analyst designation.

Richard Hayes

Richard is the Global Head of Receivables Sales at Nordea having joined the bank in early 2018 from HSBC. Richard is focussed on playing a key role in helping to position Nordea as the clear leader in Trade and Working Capital in the Nordics. Richard is based in Copenhagen and drives engagement with key clients across the region as they look to expand their businesses and supply chains internationally. Richard has over 14 years of experience in Financial services across developed and developing economies. Previously Richard served as Head of Business Development for UK Banking within HSBC’s Global Trade and Receivables Finance team based in London. Prior to this Richard held numerous Corporate Banking roles in Vietnam, Russia, the United Kingdom and Sri Lanka. He is a Fellow of the Royal Society of Arts and has participated in numerous Trade Finance and Supply Chain related thought leadership events.

Martin Hommes
SME and Supply Chain Finance Specialist, IFC

Martin Hommes is an SME and Supply Chain Finance Specialist at IFC's Financial Institutions Group (FIG). He joined IFC in 2009 and is now working primarily in the Latin American & Caribbean region helping banks to improve their banking services to SMEs. Martin has more than 13 years of experience in Banking consulting and working with private sector development initiatives in Emerging Markets. Prior to joining IFC, Martin held various positions in the private and public financial sector including working for Citigroup Global Markets in Latin American capital markets, at the International Monetary Fund (IMF) and as a Senior Financial Officer at Marco Polo Network, a financial technology firm. Martin is currently one of the global champions for the Supply Chain Finance SME Practice Group in FIG's Advisory Services. Boris Huttenlocher

After working for Daimler in South Africa & China, IBM and Adidas, Boris joined Siemens where he spent 3 years in Financial Markets in Munich before he went to the US for further 3 years being responsible for Capital Markets. Simon Kleine
Europe Business Lead, East & Partners

Simon Kleine is the Europe Business Lead for East and Partners, the leading specialist business banking insights and analytics consulting firm. He directs and leads all client work for East out of its London office, that also includes work for clients based in the Americas, the Middle East and Africa. He joined East in 2015 after a career that has seen him amass 15 years in the payments industry with American Express, Visa and Western Union, all where he held international communications leadership positions. Beyond this he has held senior roles with global PR consultancies, serving clients across a range of industries. He holds a Politics BA Hons degree from Warwick University.

Wayne Mills

After a successful 30+ year banking career, Wayne Mills founded Atom Advisory Limited in 2022. Wayne has held various senior leadership positions in Transaction Banking, most recently leading the build-out and growth of the Transaction Banking Solutions team at Lloyds Bank, supporting clients across the UK, EMEA, US and Asia. João Monteiro is Managing Director of LogIndex AG, an affiliated company of Kuehne + Nagel, the leading global logistics and freight forwarding company based in Switzerland. Peter Mulroy
Secretary-General, FCI

Peter Mulroy is Secretary General of FCI, the world’s largest network of factoring companies, with its headquarters in Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Peter was previously Senior Vice President, International Regional Manager and Managing Director with CIT. He is a past Chairman of FCI, and has served on the FCI Executive Committee for over a decade. Peter has an MBA from Thunderbird, School of Global Management in Arizona. As Secretary General, Peter assists banks, regulators and governments in introducing the concept of and educating people about the role of factoring. He addresses audiences around the world on the subject of factoring and international trade and is generally regarded as an ambassador for the factoring industry.

Robert Nijhout
Executive Director, ICISA

Robert Nijhout has over 30 years of experience in the international trade credit insurance industry, and joined ICISA as its executive director in 2001. After obtaining his law degree he joined NCM (now Atradius) were he fulfilled several international management positions. His successive responsibilities varied from the implementation of the regional expansion of NCM, managing the strategic partnerships in Central Europe and Latin America, managing the London City office and finally heading the product development team. As executive director of ICISA Robert Nijhout is a frequent guest speaker at international conferences were he shares his views on current and future developments within the industry and regulatory and supervisory issues affecting the industry.

Tara Norton
Managing Director, BSR

Tara leads BSR’s global supply chain sustainability practice and directs BSR’s operations in Europe. She advises chief procurement officers and senior directors at leading global companies on the development of sophisticated supply chains that create business value and address urgent and long-term risks and opportunities. She drives strategy and implementation projects across industry sectors including consumer products, retail, financial services, technology, manufacturing, and transportation, covering sustainable procurement, supplier engagement, collaboration, traceability, climate change, human rights, and labor rights. She serves on the United Nations Global Compact Advisory Group on Supply Chain Sustainability. Before joining BSR, Tara directed supply chain work at 2degrees and was the general manager of Sedex, where she ran and significantly grew the world's largest not-for-profit sustainable supply chain membership organization and database. Previously, Tara worked in sustainable procurement at BAA, was project manager at the World Trade Center Association Los Angeles, and served as a Peace Corps volunteer in Kherson, Ukraine. She is a dual citizen of the United States and the United Kingdom and speaks fluent French. Tara holds an M.B.A. from London Business School and a B.A. with Honors in French and International Studies from Northwestern University.

Vincent O'Brien
Director, ICC UAE

Vincent has been actively involved in trade finance for more than a quarter of a century and has delivered technical assistance for trade finance in more than 100 countries. Vincent’s primary activity is trade facilitation with major multilateral development banks and his recognised specialty is trade-related dispute resolution where he often acts as expert witness in trade disputes and legal cases. Vincent also holds the positions of the Associate Director of the Institute of International Banking Law and Practice (IIBLP).

Georgij Oroschakoff
Head of Product, CRX Markets

Georgij is the Head of Product at CRX Markets, responsible for the continuous advancements of the CRX product offering. Next to the product, Georgij is managing strategic cooperations with external partners and leads internal proof of concept projects. Prior to joining CRX Markets in 2013, Georgij worked at Rocket Internet, where he was responsible for the business and product development at Rocket’s portfolio-companies Lazada and Westwing. He holds a Bachelor of Arts in Politics & Economics from University of Newcastle-upon-Tyne.

Tobias Pfütze
Founder and CEO, Liqease

After graduating from University, Tobias Pfütze launched his first company. In this business, he created a payment platform which was similar to AliPay/WeChat Pay and had two successful rounds of crowd-funding equity raising. Prior to following his passion for finance and entrepreneurship with LiqEase, he worked as a Business Consultant at mediaman in Shanghai. He holds a degree in Business Administration with an expertise in FinTech.

Rudolf Putz
Head of Trade Facilitation Programme, EBRD

Rudolf Putz is Head of EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme and has more than 30 years’ experience in financing trade with Eastern Europe, the CIS and the southern and eastern Mediterranean.

Rudolf started his professional career in 1983 as Deputy Head of Commodity Trade Finance at Centro Internationale Handelsbank AG Vienna, a subsidiary of Raiffeisen Bank International.

In 1993 Rudolf joined HELM AG Hamburg as Head of Structured Trade Finance, and from 1996 to 1997 was Deputy Head of Structured Trade Finance at Bank Austria International Trade Services Vienna, a subsidiary of Unicredit.

In 1997 Rudolf became Director Trade Finance at Deutsche Handelsbank AG Berlin, a subsidiary of Credit Agricole, and since 2000 has been developing EBRD’s Trade Facilitation Programme (TFP).

Rudolf Putz holds a Doctor’s Degree from the Vienna University of Economics and Business Administration.

Qamar Saleem
Global Head, SME Finance Forum, IFC

Qamar leads the world’s most prominent SME finance centre for knowledge exchange, solution building, innovation, best practice transfer and public-private dialogue. Prior to this role, Qamar headed Financial Institutions Group Advisory Services for Asia and Pacific, driving a large team across Asia and Pacific, aimed at providing integrated investment and advisory client solutions across mainly MSME, gender, climate, digital, housing, trade, and SCF. Qamar has been with IFC since 2012 and served in previously as Global Technical Lead for SME and SCF, as well as Regional SME Banking Lead for EMENA. He has more than 30 years of global financial services experience having worked across more than 80 countries, advised more than 300 financial institutions internationally in scaling SME finance. He has managed large business lines while leading multi-cultural and cross-functional teams. He is a recognised thought leader, featured speaker, and an industry mentor in SME and SCF. Prior to joining the IFC, Qamar was associated with international organisations like HSBC, Standard Chartered Bank, Deutsche Bank as well as large regional banks, whilst serving in several emerging markets where he also led SME banking and commercial banking divisions. Qamar holds a Master’s Degree in Business Administration and carries several certifications in the areas of strategy, climate finance, digital banking, business transformation, social impact, MSME banking, team leadership, SCF, credit, risk, trade, sales effectiveness, transaction banking and project implementation.

Markus Schiffers
Managing Director, Head of Origination-Europe, Orbian

Markus started his career at Deutsche Bundesbank, before holding various management positions for 15 years at Siemens Financial Services in Germany and the US from 2000. As Head of Supply Chain Finance at Siemens Markus worked in Siemens Treasury where he led teams in the US and Germany that developed and implemented a Siemens-wide supply chain finance program with ORBIAN. Prior joining Orbian, Markus led the Business Development at an Asset Management and a Fintech Company in Switzerland. Markus graduated from the University of Applied Sciences (Hachenburg) in 1995 and received the CFA designation.

Ion Sclifos
Head of Treasury & Financial Risk, Orange Romania

Ion Sclifos, Head of Treasury & Financial risk of Orange Romania (covering five entities), the domestic subsidiary of the Orange group (leader of the Romanian telecommunication market), passed fourteen years of experience in the area of corporate finance ( treasury, financing), business development and controlling in the telecommunication sector.

Danny Siemes
Director, PwC Netherlands

Danny Siemes is the head of the PwC Netherlands Working Capital Management practice. He has been advising CFOs & Private Equity Sponsors in optimising working capital and delivering operational improvement across a number of industry sectors. Danny is an expert in Supply Chain Finance and founder of the SCF Barometer. Danny specialises in working capital (financing) restructurings and operational improvements. He has worked for a wide range of clients across many geographies and industries. In the process, he helped to deliver significant working capital improvements for different clients. With management and leadership experience, an enthusiastic ‘can do’ mentality and a thrill for turning around an environment where ‘it can’t be done’ into making things happen, Danny provides the drive and inspiration to deliver results within challenging environments.

Laurent Tabouelle
Managing Director, CODIX Group

Laurent is Managing Director of CODIX Group, an international commercial finance software provider, editor and integrator of the iMX solution. The technology supports all aspects of corporate/commercial finance, including PO finance, factoring, international/two-factors, reverse, classical, invoice discounting, asset-based lending, supply chain and inventory finance, leasing, as well as sophisticated debt collection capabilities. Lionel Taylor
Managing Director, Trade Advisory Network

Lionel Taylor is a trade, supply chain and invoice finance specialist with more than 30 years experience in senior leadership roles with major financial institutions including RBS, Rabobank, Citibank and Lloyds Banking Group and with non-bank independents.

Now Managing Director of Trade Advisory Network Limited, which specialises in the strategic development of global supply chains, trade and invoice finance with a client base of regional banks, independent finance providers, fintechs and technology providers, his key areas of expertise include new business strategy, turnaround, organisation design, new product design, product management, marketing, origination, credit, team building and training.

He has extensive experience of operating in Asia where he led the cooperation on trade and supply chain finance between RBS and Bank of China, established an independent finance company facilitating trade between Asian and Western SMEs and assisted in the development of the Chinese factoring industry. Today, he continues his close involvement in the region, working with government agencies, banks, independent funders, investors and others who are looking to promote and extend trade and supply chain finance in the region.

He currently is a Non-Executive Director of a growing UK-based fintech, sits as the independent credit committee member for another non-bank finance provider and is also co-author of the ICC Academy’s Advanced Supply Chain Finance online course, a core module of their CTCP programme.

He continues to be engaged in advising a number of financial institutions, fintechs and technology providers on the development of their trade and supply chain finance businesses and is frequently invited to comment and write for specialist international trade publications as well as chairing and speaking at international events.

Pablo Tovar
Head of GTRF Benelux, HSBC

Pablo has over 20 years’ experience in trade finance, working capital acceleration and cash management, having held roles in both back and front offices, including product management and distribution in several different geographies. For the last 10 years he has led trade and working capital financing for HSBC in a number of countries, and for the last six years in the Benelux region. Pablo is very passionate about learning and development, banking and co-operation with corporates.

Martin van der Hoek
Independent Consultant and Tutor in trade credit insurance

Martin is an independent consultant and tutor in trade credit insurance. He holds a Bachelor of Law degree from the University of Amsterdam. In April 1975, he was an account manager for short-term trade credit insurance at NCM, in Amsterdam (now Atradius). From July 1991, he was a member of the Management Team of Short-term Credit department. From 1977 until 1998, he was a member of the Technical Subcommittee for Credit Insurance of ICIA (now ICISA) and was chairman of the committee from 1998 until 2012. In 1998, Martin was country manager in the Netherlands for Allgemeine Kreditversicherung AG. From October 2002, he was director, insurance technique of Coface Nederland before Retiring at the end of October 2012. In 2013 he was editor of the book” An Introduction to Trade Credit insurance” published by ICISA, since 2015 available as “A Guide to Trade Credit Insurance” published by Amazon. From December 2013 until May 2018 Martin was chairman of VVCM, Dutch Association For Credit Management.

Steven van der Hooft
CEO, Capital Chains

Steven is the founder and CEO of Capital Chains (2015), a Dutch company specializing in consultancy and training on end-to-end working capital optimization and financial supply chain management issues. Steven has been involved in the setup and roll out of working capital projects for both banks and large corporates around the world and has a strong focus on SCF program design and implementation. He gained his experience in financial supply chain management through (consulting) roles at ING, Capgemini Consulting and Inchainge, and holds a master’s degree in International Economics and Finance from Tilburg University (NL). His main area of interest is the interaction between the physical and the financial supply chain, as well as the required change processes for the organization from a client/supplier and employee perspective. The ultimate objective for Capital Chains’ is to turn Financial Supply Chains into value creators as they are “Financial Game Changers”.

Nikolaos Vasilonikolidakis
CEO & Deputy Chairman, Neurosoft

Mr Vasilonikolidakis was born in Athens, Greece in 1965. He holds a Ph.D in Computing and an MSc in Analysis Design and Management of Information Systems from University of London – London School of Economics and Political Science. He has published extensively in international scientific journals in dynamic systems and computer graphics. He was a founding member and partner of Neurosoft and since 1998 he has served as the Company’s CEO. Prior to joining Neurosoft, he was involved in a number of projects as Technical Project Manager in the areas of medical imaging, image processing, visual databases and computer animation. His current interests are in Supply Chain Finance with focus in Blockchain and IoT integration and algorithmic trading.

Anil Walia
Director, Supply Chain Finance, Deutsche Bank

Anil Walia heads Deutsche Bank’s SCF Payables in EMEA. After completing his Master’s degree in Plasma Physics a few decades ago, Anil took the not-so-obvious career decision in banking. The journey took him through India, the Middle East and finally to Germany. Along the way he has headed sales for trade finance and gained experience at various stages in his career in the south-east Asian, eastern European and European markets. He picked up an MBA in financial management on the way. Anil is an SCF veteran, who got his wings in the fledgling days of SCF in 2000 at JP Morgan. He has been a key contributor to the growth of SCF, as technology and documentation evolved, accompanying the first transactions that took place in Europe. Anil was elected in 2015 to the Who’s Who in Treasury & Cash Management for Supply Chain Finance and in 2018 was one of the key contributors to Deutsche Bank’s Payables Finance, A Guide to Working Capital Optimisation (2nd Edition).

Stefan Windisch
Senior Cash Manager - Treasury Operations, Roche

Stefan Windisch has been working at F. Hoffmann-La Roche Ltd. in Switzerland since 2009 in several Finance roles. Since 2012 he is working in Treasury Operations as Senior Cash Manager, overseeing the European region, its bank relationships and is responsible for the Groups short term liquidity planning. Prior to Roche he worked as Controller for a FMCG company and a leasing company in UK and Germany.
